After he was shown other pieces of jewelry in the 11 a.m. incident, the man made several attempts to unclip different pieces before successfully taking the bracelet, police said.
He was described as a white male in his 70s, police said. He has white hair and was wearing navy blue pants, a red-and-blue flannel type shirt, a dark brown leather jacket and brown boots. His vehicle appeared to be a silver or white sedan, possibly a Kia or Nissan.
