Westport Police: Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Girl, 16

WESTPORT, Conn. – A 47-year-old Monroe man turned himself in to Westport police Friday on a warrant charging him with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl who worked for him, police said.

Jeffrey Susa is accused of assaulting the girl after providing her with alcohol, the arrest report said. The incident took place in August on Susa’s boat, which was docked at the E.R. Strait Marina at Longshore, police said.

Susa was charged with second-degree sexual assault, a felony, and released after posting $100,000 bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Stamford Superior Court on Oct. 18.

The incident was investigated by the Westport Police Detective Bureau's Youth Division.
