An officer on patrol noticed a car driving "extremely aggressively" on Riverside Avenue at around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, police said. The car was traveling at a high rate of speed, without headlamps or tail lamps illuminated, and was left of center, according to police.
The officer was able to catch up to the car and stopped it in the driveway of 105 Riverside Ave. The officer approached the driver, 32-year-old Hesham El Sayed of Westport, who became extremely argumentative, police said.
