WESTPORT, Conn. – A 33-year-old Westport man was arrested last Thursday night on drug charges after police said he violated a restraining order that restricted him from being at his father’s residence.
Todd Seligson, of Beachside Ave., was stopped by police shortly after he left his father’s home, police said. During the stop, narcotics and drug paraphernalia were spotted in plain view next to the driver’s seat, the arrest report said.
Seligson was charged with violating a restraining order, a felony, and held on $5,000 bond. He was also charged possession of narcotics, a felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. He was held on an additional $5,000 bond on the drug charges.
Unable to post bond, Seligson was arraigned at Norwalk Superior Court the next day.
