Weston Police Promote Travis Arnette To Sergeant

WESTON, Conn. — A 12-year veteran with the Weston Police Department was sworn in as sergeant during a ceremony at Weston Town Hall's meeting room on Friday, Jan. 15.

Travis Arnette replaces Mike Ferullo, who left last year for an assignment with the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves. 

There was a standing-room-only crowd at the ceremony, which was filled with Arnette’s family and friends, as well as police officers from Weston and Redding.

Taking part in the ceremony were Police Commission Chairman Bill Brady, First Selectman Nina Daniel, who read the oath to Arnette, and Police Commissioner Jess DiPasquale.
