The arrest of Sean Amendola stemmed from an April larceny complaint from a Westport business, police said. Store officials and police used video surveillance to identify Amendola and three other suspects stealing the iPad, police said.
Amendola was charged with sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny. Amendola was held on $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 7.
