Three Arrested After Car Chase From Bridgeport To New Haven

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A car chase that started in Bridgeport on Tuesday morning ended in New Haven with the arrest of three people, according to the Connecticut Post.

The car involved was believed to have been used in robberies in Bridgeport, according to the Connecticut Post. Police began pursuing it in the Hollow Neighborhood in Bridgeport, and followed it onto I-95, the Connecticut Post reported. 

After state police used stop sticks as the car got off the highway in New Haven, it moved onto Ella T. Grasso Boulevard, where the four occupants fled from the car, according to the Connecticut Post.

New Haven Police, Bridgeport Police and state police all responded to the area and secured a perimeter, eventually taking three of the occupants into custody, the Connecticut Post reported. They also recovered masks and gloves from the car, according to the Connecticut Post.
