Dollie Thompson, 35, of 97 Mill Spring Lane, is charged with two counts of second-degree breach of peace.

Two female students at the Academy for Information Technology and Engineering had gotten into an altercation in Bridgeport the day before, police said. But police had no information on that incident.

At Thursday afternoon pickup at AITE, the two girls fought again and a security guard attempted to break up the fight, police said. The security guard called in assistance when she wasn't able to separate the girls, police said.

Other security personnel, school staff and a Stamford Police officer who acts as the school's resource officer were able to separate the two, police said.

However, the mother of one of the students began yelling at the security guard, forcing the police officer to step between them, police said.

The woman continued yelling at the security guard and was detained by the officer, police said. Other members of the family were there and were also vocal but were not arrested, police said.
