The man has a protective order against Ileena Zamfino, 31, barring her from contacting him, police said.

Zamfino was arrested Friday and charged with violation of a protection order and second-degree harassment, police said. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 20.

In a separate case, Milford police also arrested another person on charges of violating a protective order. Daniel Topar, 35, of Fairfield, was arrested Tuesday. He tagged a woman on Facebook in September who holds a full no-contact protective order against him, police said.

He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 20.
