As previously reported, the remains of the Weston couple were found on the property on 89 Norfield Road after the property owner reported finding items that did not belong based on yard work being done at the time.

Surges Brothers, Inc. purchased the renovated, previously abandoned property from Westport's Thomas Kerrigan in February for $660,000, reported the Weston Forum.

Their son Kyle Navin, 27, of Bridgeport and his girlfriend, Jennifer Valiante, 31, of Westport, were arrested and charged in connection with the murders and are currently awaiting trial.

Camelot Real Estate of Weston listed the property for sale, the Weston Forum said.
