Joshua Leitner of Westport was charged with operating a vehicle under suspension, improper parking, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted $2,500 bond and will appear in court Sept. 29.

Officers responded to the area of 13 Baker Ave. on Friday night on a report of a man unresponsive behind the wheel, police said. When officers arrived, they found Leitner passed out behind the wheel with his car blocking a lane of traffic, according to police reports.

Officers removed Leitner from the car and interviewed him, police said. When officers patted him down, they found a pipe used to smoke marijuana and a plastic baggie containing suspected cocaine, according to police. His license was also suspended, police said. He was taken into custody.
