WESTPORT, Conn. -- A Massachusetts woman who had been told in September not to have any contact with a Westport resident allegedly continued to do so, said Westport Police, who arrested the woman Wednesday.
Susan Berry, 48, of Marblehead, turned herself in to police after learning there was a warrant for her arrest on a charge of second-degree harassment.
Police said the complainant showed police numerous text messages that Berry sent from Sept. 25 to Nov. 21 despite being told not to have any contact with the Westport resident.
Bond was set at $25,000, and Berry appeared in court on Wednesday.
