WESTPORT, Conn. -- Police arrested James Radcliffe of Westport after an investigation into a domestic dispute.
Westport Police arrived at a Washington Avenue residence on Monday after receiving a report of an injured person sitting outside the house.
Radcliffe, 22, was non-compliant at first with the officers’ commands, police said. After taking statements and examining evidence, police determined a physical assault had occurred.
Authorities charged Radcliffe with assault in the third degree and interfering with an officer. Radcliffe posted $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear Friday in Norwalk Court.
