Police: 2 Pedestrians Robbed At Gunpoint Within Minutes In Norwalk

NORWALK, Conn. — Norwalk police were investigating after two men were robbed at gunpoint within minutes early Saturday in the area near Woodward Avenue, according to The Hour.

The incidents appeared to be unrelated, police told the Hour.  

In the first incident, a man was approached at about 1 a.m. by a group of five or six men wearing hoodies on a path between Carlton Court and the Meadow Gardens housing complex, The Hour said.

After one pulled a gun, the victim gave up several items and was not harmed, The Hour said.

About 10 minutes later, three men approached a man walking on Woodward Avenue and pulled a gun, The Hour said. He also gave up belongings and was not harmed, police told The Hour.
