Thomas Joseph Wilson, 62, attempted to use an American Express card and a driver's license from a person in California but was unable to complete the purchase when American Express required additional information, thehour.com reported.

Wilson is already in prison serving sentence for similar charges in Greenwich from November 2013, thehour.com said.
