Regina Murphy-Dixon, 50, was charged with fifth-degree larceny after she took a $900 Burberry handbag into the dressing room, and then replaced the bag with her own before leaving the store, police said.
Dixon, who was caught on video surveillance, was contacted by police later that day, police said. She denied swapping the bags, at which time police issued a warrant for her arrest, according to police reports.
