Back in October, police received a complaint from a female patron of a local restaurant stating that Muhammad Jatoi — of Port Jefferson, N.Y. — grabbed her from behind in a parking lot, restrained her from leaving and attempted to kiss her, the police report said. Jatoi is also accused of making sexually explicit comments to the woman during the incident, police said.
Jatoi was charged with second-degree breach of peace and unlawful restraint, both misdemeanors. He was released after posting $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Norwalk Superior Court on March 31.
