WESTPORT, Conn. — A 76-year-old Westport woman is facing misdemeanor charges after police say she got into a dispute with one of her neighbors on Blackberry Lane.
Bettina Gangi is accused of refusing to leave her neighbor’s property when asked and preventing the neighbor from entering her own home, according to the police report. She was issued a misdemeanor summons charging her with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.
Gangi was released on a promise to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 26.
