Car Crashes Into Westport Liquor Store

WESTPORT, Conn. – A Nissan crashed Saturday evening into the front of Greens Farms Spirit Shop on Post Road East in Westport, breaking one of the store’s windows, fire officials reported.

The accident happened at 6:18 p.m. Neither the driver nor anyone inside the store was injured, Assistant Fire Chief Larry Conklin reported.

Other than the shattered front window, there was no other damage to the store or the building. The car was towed from the scene.
