Edy Morales, 41, of William Street, was struck in the head by a brick thrown by someone in a group standing in front of a two-family home, police said. The man in the video can be seen picking up a brick.

Police believe there was some kind of confrontation between the people in the car and the group, which began throwing rocks and a brick at the car, smashing the windshield and the passenger window, police said.

Morales was rushed to Bridgeport Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Martin Heanue at 203-581-5242.
