Police said the home was burglarized June 24. Silver coins and change, which detectives were able to partially recover, were stolen from the residence during the break-in, police said.
During their investigation, police discovered information that linked Alicea to the crime, police said.
Alicea was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny, police said.
Alicea failed to post $10,000 bond and was issued a court date of July 23, police said.
