Eversource Repairs Power Outages In Weston, Westport

EASTON, Conn. — With winds beginning to pick up Friday across Fairfield County, Easton police were reporting that Honeysuckle Hill Road was blocked by a fallen tree.

update: The power outages in Weston and Westport have been restored.

"Please call the Easton Police immediately if you find roads blocked by fallen trees or branches. Please travel with care as the wind may intensify with the coming storm tonight," the department said in a Facebook post.

Eversource was reporting power outages, as well. Here are the outages as of 2:15 p.m.:

95 in Westport
25 in Weston

It was not clear when the power outages would be restored.
