Sue Neal Naff, 73, Former Easton Resident

HUNTINGTON, Conn. - Sue Neal Naff of Huntington died Wednesday, Sept. 11. She was 73.

Naff was born in Battle Creek, Mich., daughter of Frederick and Betty (Peffer) Neal. She grew up in Fairfield. She attended Roger Ludlowe High School, House In the Pines in Norton, Mass., and Roanoke College, in Salem, Va., where she was a member of the Phi Mu sorority. She and her family lived in Easton for 30 years before she moved to Huntington. She was actively involved as a long time member of the Fairfield County Hunt Club. She ran her own floral business. She was involved with the Norma F Pfriem Foundation, helping in the office with administrative work. She volunteered most Sundays at the Bridgeport Hospital Gift Shop. She also volunteered at Six to Six Magnet School in Bridgeport. She was a deaconess at Greenfield Hill Congregational Church for many years.

Naff is survived by her children, Brooks N. Fulton (Michael), Gentra N. Curran (David), Holt Naff (Amy) and Docia Boulin (Pete); and nine grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23 at Greenfield Hill Congregational Church in the memorial garden, 1045 Old academy Road in Fairfield.
