Paulette M. Bourdeau Wallat, 69, Owned Westfair Fish Market In Westport

FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Paulette Michele Bourdeau Wallat of Fairfield died Sunday, Oct. 12. She was 69.

Wallat was born Sept. 23, 1945, in Bridgeport, to Paul and Jennie Mandell Bourdeau of Fairfield. She graduated from Harding High School in 1963 and worked at the Bullard Co. for many years. Along with her husband she owned and operated Westfair Fish Market in Westport for 30 years.

Wallat is survived by her husband, William; daughter, Amy (Jonathan) Gold also of Fairfield; two granddaughters; several nieces, nephews; cousins; a niece; many friends; and relatives. She was predeceased by her parents.

Calling hours are Thursday, Oct. 16 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 17 in the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery, Fairfield.
