WESTPORT, Conn. Diana Susan Cozzi of Westport died Oct. 16 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She was 15.
Cozzi was born Nov. 30, 1996, in New York City to Louis and Susan Cozzi. She moved from Larchmont, N.Y., to Westport 11 years go. She attended the Connecticut Center for Child Development in Milford, Conn., a school specializing in improving the lives of children with autism.
She is survived by her parents, Louis and Susan; a sister, Kathleen Cozzi, of Westport; a brother, Matthew Cozzi, of Westport; her paternal grandmother, Marie Cozzi, of Rye, N.Y.; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather, Hugo Cozzi; and her maternal grandparents, Aldo and Carol Podesta.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Harding Funeral Home in Westport. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Green's Farms Congregational Church in Westport, with the Rev. Allison J. Patton, pastor of Saugatuck Congregational Church, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Connecticut Center for Child Development, 95 Wolf Harbor Road, Milford, CT 06461.
