BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - Connie A. Smith of Bridgeport died Tuesday, Sept. 24. She was 49.
Smith was born Dec. 19, 1963, to John Baldwin and Phyllis (Powell) Baldwin. She was a graduate of Harding High School and was employed with St. Vincent's Behavioral Health Services of Westport for over 15 years.
Smith is survived by her father; husband, John Smith; daughter, Shatana Smith; stepson, Tyrick Smith; two step grandsons, Tyler and Tyshawn Smith; sister, Theresa Baldwin; a host of relatives; and friends. She was predeceased by her mother; and brother, John "Buddy" Baldwin, Jr.
Calling hours are from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the Geo. J. Peterson F.H. 1041 Noble Ave., Bridgeport, CT 06608, (203) 384-8735. A Service of Celebration will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1 at the funeral home. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
