EASTON, Conn. - Charles E. Westberg Sr., age 75, of Easton, died Dec. 12, in Smilow Cancer Hospital, New Haven.
Westberg was born in Bridgeport in 1937 and graduated from Upsala College.
He was the former owner and president of Westberg Tool and Die Manufacturing and United Precision Inc., a former member of the Naval Reserve and a 32nd degree mason of the Ashlar Aspetuck Lodge 142. He was also an avid boater and gardener.
He is survived by his wife, Michele; one son, Charles E. Westberg Jr. (Kimberly) of Aldie, Va., one daughter, Kathleen Barge (Stephen) of Sewickley, Penn., one sister, Arlene Yakush of Redondo Beach, Calif., four grandchildren, Aaren, Cameron, Genevieve and Connor and three nieces.
Services will be private.
