The governing boards meet monthly throughout the school year to help plan programs and steer the look and feel of the substance-free teen center, according to a press release.
Students who are Westport residents or those who attend school in Westport are eligible to join.
Applications are available on the Town of Westport's website under the Department of Human Services: Toquet Hall or at Toquethall.org.

Operating since 1998 in the heart of downtown Westport, Toquet Hall has welcomed tens of thousands of students for a variety of educational and safe social/recreational programs, according to a press release.
