Westport To Enjoy Compo Walkway, Upgraded Basketball Courts By Summer

WESTPORT, Conn. -- By summer, Westporters will have a new walkway and improved basketball courts at popular Compo Beach, according to Westport News.

The Representative Town Meeting approved the improvements, which are part of the Master Plan for the beach, at a cost of $185,000, said Westport News.

The projects will include a wider walkway for beachgoers to view the ocean, and the two basketball courts will be scaled to regulation size, added Westport News.
