WESTPORT, Conn. – If your home was affected by Hurricane Sandy and you have questions about insurance or filing claims, the Westport office of William Raveis is hosting an informational meeting Wednesday on how to navigate through the storm’s aftermath.
The free meeting will feature a panel of experts, including several representatives from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Other panelists will include Andrew Kingsbury, Westport’s fire chief and Emergency Management director , a representative from the U.S. Small Business Administration’s residential disaster loans department, a real estate attorney and a land use consultant.
William Raveis will also have an insurance broker and a mortgage broker sitting on the panel.
The meeting will be at Christ & Holy Trinity Church, 75 Church Lane, from 7 to 9 p.m.
