Required parking for special permit uses in residential zones must be paved, and all applications must receive comments from the police and fire departments, as well as the Board of Selectman.

Text Amendment 695 (Application 15-030) was submitted by Karen Johnson on behalf of Bedford Square Associates to modify the building height in the BCD/H zone to exempt rooftop ventilators, skylights and HVAC equipment of up to 3 feet in height if approved by the commission.

Text Amendment 696 (Application 15-034) was submitted by Gloria Gouveia to amend the definition of a structure to exempt handicapped lifts and to amend the definition of total coverage to exempt handicapped parking.

Text Amendment 698 (Application 15-037) was submitted by the commission to extend the moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries and producers for an additional six months, until Jan. 25.

Copies of the amendments are available for viewing in Town Hall. The commission can receive written comments from the public before the hearing. Once the hearing is closed, no more information or comments will be accepted.
