WESTPORT, Conn. Westport resident Christopher Dohme was arrested Monday morning at Norwalk Superior Court on a warrant charging him with forgery and larceny, police said.
The warrant stems from an incident in May where Dohme, of 20 Maplewood Ave., and another suspect tried cashing two forged checks, police said. The checks, one for $200 and one for $700, were stolen from a residence, police said.
Dohme, 24, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, third-degree forgery and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was held on a $10,000 bond and arraigned later that day. He is due in court on Oct. 28.

? Westport resident Glenn Deluca, of 32 Morningside Drive N., was charged with criminal violation of a protective order Tuesday night, police said. Deluca, 48, was in a car that was stopped on I-95 north between exits 17 and 18. The person protected under the order was also in the car. Deluca was released on a promise to appear in court Wednesday.
? Norwalk resident John Toland was turned over to Westport police by Norwalk police Tuesday night on a warrant charging him with failure to pay or plead, police said. The warrant stems from motor vehicle charges. Toland, 25, was released after paying a $500 bond and is due in court on Oct. 14.
