WESTPORT, Conn. Westport resident David Weiss, 42, turned himself in to Westport police Saturday on a warrant for a domestic dispute that occurred in June, police say.
During the incident, police say there was a physical altercation between Weiss, of 60 W. Parish Road, and his wife. He was charged with second-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.
Weiss was released after posting $20,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court Monday.

? Bridgeport resident Ain White turned herself in to Westport police Thursday morning on a warrant for shoplifting from the Goodwill Store on Post Road East where she worked, police say.
Over the past few months, White, who worked as a cashier at the store, is believed to have given customers merchandise for free and discounts without authorization. Her actions are estimated to have cost the store $192, police say.
White, 19, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting $2,500 bond and is due in court Thursday.
