WESTPORT, Conn. A 69-year-old Westport resident was charged with breach of peace after he got into a physical altercation with a neighbor who told him to drive slower, police said.
Joseph Vaccarella, of Keyser Road, started arguing with a neighbor after the neighbor yelled at him to slow down when he drove by the neighbors home on Friday, police said. The argument later turned physical, police said.
Vaccarella was issued a misdemeanor summons and promised to appear in court on Feb. 14.

? Westport resident Matthew Jones, 52, of Kings Highway, was arrested Saturday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court, police said. The warrant stems from Jones's Jan. 20 arrest on domestic violence chargest, police said. He was released after posting a $500 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
? Allan Cochrane, of Country Road in Westport, was charged with disorderly conduct Friday following a domestic dispute with his girlfriend, police said. Cochrane, 45, was issued a misdemeanor summons to appear in court later that day.
