Westport Man Charged with Forgery

WESTPORT, Conn. – Westport resident Bradley Jack turned himself in to Westport police Friday on a warrant charging him with prescription forgery, police said.

The warrant stems from an incident last November in which Jack, 53, allegedly forged the date of a prescription for a controlled substance at CVS. The prescription was made out to Jack by a Fairfield doctor, police said.

Jack, of North Avenue, was charged with second-degree forgery and was released after posting a $5,000. He is due in court March 21.
