WESTPORT, Conn. A Westport man was arrested last Friday and charged with breach of peace after he allegedly got into an argument with a taxi driver, police said.
Carlos Arbulu of Roseville Road took a taxi from New York to his home. When the driver asked Arbulu, 29, for payment, Arbulu allegedly became agitated. According to the police report, he began swinging his keys at the driver in a threatening manner. His keys struck and shattered one of the taxis windows, police said.
Arbulu was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $500 bond and is due in court April 9.
