WESTPORT, Conn. Westport resident Peter Alaimo was arrested on a warrant Monday night for failure to appear in court for a domestic dispute, police said.
Alaimo, 47, was charged with disorderly conduct following a dispute that occurred earlier this month. Police said Alaimo was spotted by an officer who knew he was wanted on a warrant. Alaimo, of 31 Hiawatha Lane, confirmed the warrant and he was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
He was released after posting a $2,500 bond and is due on court on Dec. 29.
