GREENWICH, Conn. A Westport man was arrested Monday and charged with flashing a 12-year-old girl at the Stop & Shop in Greenwich, police said. He told police that his pants fell off and it was an accident.
David Gore, 51, of 6 Mills St., turned himself in to Greenwich police Monday on a warrant charging him with disorderly conduct. Police said that on April 22, Gore was inside the store when his pants fell to the floor and his genitals were exposed to the girl.
He was released on a promise to appear in court Aug. 1.

George Monroe Evans, 23, of 20 Wyngate Road, Greenwich, turned himself in Monday on a warrant charging him with sexual assault. Police said Evans entered the victims home on May 22 through the second floor and touched the victims body. He was also charged with burglary and breach of peace and released on $5,000 bond. He is due in court Aug. 1.
A 14-year-old was issued a summons after admitting to stealing a bicycle at the Byram Shubert Library. The incident was captured by video surveillance. The bicycle, valued at $200, was returned to its owner. The teen was released to his parents and is due in court Aug. 2.
