WESTPORT, Conn. Westport couple James and Dorian Nissenson were charged with disorderly conduct Sunday evening following a domestic dispute at their home, police said.
Officers responded to the Nissenson residence at 7 Black Birch Road after several 911 hang-up calls were made from the home. Police said Dorian, 41, and James, 39, fought over possession of the phone as Dorian tried calling 911.
James was additionally charged with interfering with an emergency call and released after posting a $500 bond. He was due in court on Monday. Dorian was issued a promise to appear in court on Monday.

? Bridgeport resident Christie Gray was arrested by Westport police last Tuesday at Norwalk court on a warrant charging her with fourth-degree larceny. Police said the warrant stems from an incident in June where Gray, 36, opened an account at a local bank using a bad check. She was held on a $5,000 warrant and appeared in court later that same day.
? Westport resident Gerardo Forgione, of 44 Richmondville Ave., was arrested last Wednesday following a dispute with his roommate, police said. Forgione, 40, was issued a promise to appear in court later that day.
