Kenneth Judge, 18, of Weston has been charged with driving under the influence in connection with an April 22 accident in which his car crashed into a tree, police said.
Judge's blood alcohol concentration was 0.22, according to the report from the Toxicology Laboratory. The legal limit is .08.
Judge surrended to the Weston Police Department on Friday after a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond and is due in Norwalk Superior Court on June 1.
