A Weston teacher received a letter on June 9 that said, "I know where you are," and, "I've been watching you." The teacher has received three letters at the school and three letters at home over the past year-and-a-half, Weston Police Detective Carl Filsinger said.
The department is trying to determine whether the letters are connected, but there are no leads or suspects at this point. Filsinger said he does not know the intent of the letters or whether they are a prank. But they are "very upsetting and alarming" for the teacher, he said.
