WESTON, Conn. – One runner from Weston finished the Boston Marathon and another was apparently on the course when it was ended Monday by two explosions near the finish line, according to the race website.
Pat Marafiote finished in 3:59:50, about five minute before the explosion. Emily Locher surpassed the halfway mark, but did not finish, according to results on the Boston Marathon website.
One runner from Easton finished the race, and another was on the course. Christopher Mosunic finished in 3:12:59. Cory Mosunic was still on the course.
There were no runners from Redding in the race, according to the Boston Athletic Association website.
