update: STRATFORD, Conn. — An earlier tractor-trailer fire in Westport has been cleared, but a two-vehicle crash on I-95 Northbound between Exits 32 and 33 in Stratford was blocking the left and center lanes of I-95 as of 8:30 a.m. Monday, DOT said.

original story: WESTPORT, Conn. — A tractor-trailer fire is blocking a lane of southbound I-95 in Westport on Monday morning, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation.

The accident was reported on I-95 Southbound between Exits 18 and 17, with the right lane closed, DOT said.

The accident was reported at about 6:55 a.m. Monday, DOT said.

Traffic was stop-and-go in the area.
