WESTPORT, Conn. Bridgeport resident Kerny Saint-Vilien was arrested by Westport police Sunday on a warrant charging him with stealing gum, police said.
Back in May, Saint-Vilien, 19, and an accomplice stole gum and candy from the BP gas station at 1510 Post Road E., police said. According to the original report, between $40 and $60 of gum and candy was stolen.
Saint-Vilien was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 28.
