Power Expected To Be Restored To Most In Fairfield County By Weekend's End

Power is being steadily restored to many Fairfield County residents who experienced outages during the fierce Nor'easter on Friday.

The majority of Eversource customers in the county and state should have their power back by 9 p.m. Sunday, Eversource said in an announcement Saturday. More complicated outages could last longer.

Residents should consider all downed wires live and dangerous, Eversource said.
