Pick Up Westport Absentee Ballot Applications

WESTPORT, Conn. – Don't miss your chance to vote in the Nov. 8 municipal election just because you can't physically make it to the polls. Beginning Friday, absentee ballots will be available at the Town Clerk's office, Town Clerk Patricia Strauss announced.

Registered voters may qualify for an absentee ballot for the following reasons: Active service in the military, illness or physical disability, religious tenets that forbid secular activity on Election Day, duties as an election official at a polling place other than their own during all of the hours of voting, or absence from the town during all of the hours of voting.

Applications for a ballot can be requested in person at the Town Clerk's office, Room 105 at Town Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., or by calling (203) 341-1110. The application can also be downloaded from the town's Website.
