One driver was hospitalized after a two-car crash on Interstate 95 in Westport on Thursday morning.
Westport firefighters, EMS and state police responded to the accident, which happened at about 10 a.m. near Exit 18 southbound, Assistant Fire Chief William Dingee said. A driver who complained of neck and back injuries was taken to Bridgeport Hospital by Westport EMS. Fluids spilled onto the roadway were cleaned up by firefighters. Both cars had to be towed from the crash site.
The accident scene was cleared at about 10:50 a.m.
