WESTPORT, Conn. — The Connecticut Department of Transportation’s resurfacing project for Route 57 in Westport is scheduled to continue on Monday.
Work is scheduled to begin Monday night and end Wednesday morning.
The length of repaving is 1.21 miles beginning at Route 33 (Wilton Road) and ending at the overlap at Route 136 (Main Street). The area currently under construction at North Compo Road, Route 57 and Clinton Avenue is not included in the project.
Adjustments to the proposed schedule will be necessary in the event of inclement weather.
Residents are urged to use caution, seek alternate routes and allow for additional travel time.
