Greetings to the dedicated readers of The Daily Weston and The Daily Easton! My name is Erin Lynch and I would like to take this time to introduce myself as your new reporter with Main Street Connect. I currently live in the Black Rock section of Bridgeport and was born and raised in Fairfield. I earned my associate's degree in journalism from Housatonic Community College and my bachelor of arts degree in humanities from the University of Bridgeport. I have nearly a decade of community journalism experience under my belt and have written for The Fairfield Citizen-News, the Westport News and the Fairfield County Weekly. While community news is my passion, I am an outdoorsman at heart. I enjoy spending time with my dog, Cleo, long boarding, hiking, camping and kayaking. I am excited to be working with Main Street Connect and look forward to diving into the heart of Easton and Weston. Please feel free to contact me with story ideas or even just to say hello.
