WESTPORT, Conn. Bridgeport resident Nathan Myers was arrested by Westport police Sunday night on a warrant charging him with assault of an elderly person, police said.
The warrant stems from an incident in August in which Myers, 20, assaulted an employee at Hall-Brooke Hospital on Long Lots Road, police said. The hospital employee was over the age of 62, police said. Myers was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree assault of an elderly person. He was unable to post a $25,000 bond and was scheduled to be arraigned in court on Monday.

Westport resident Victoria Wallace, 22, turned herself in to police Wednesday night on a warrant charging her with disorderly conduct. Police said the warrant stems from an incident in June where Wallace, of 5 Short St., got into a domestic dispute with her mother. Wallace was released after posting a $500 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
